The Canal Winchester Human Services kicks off another program to connect to the community.

The Smiles 4 Miles program aims to reach senior citizens in both the Canal Winchester and Lithopolis areas.

The program is described to deliver thoughtful acts of kindness—like surprise porch drop-offs, or friendly check-ins, our staff and volunteers bring joy and connection to senior citizens in our community.

Volunteer Kelly Macbriar was the first to deliver smiles by visiting ten seniors with pie and a smile on August 1st.

The goal is to deliver a small gift to seniors who may be home bound, feeling isolated or just need a hello.
